How do I pay to proceed my order?

You may direct bank in CASH / online transfer the total order amount to us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

NO. Customers need to check and confirm final artwork before order.

If customer suddenly wants to stop the job, all the payment is NOT refundable.

What file format should I use to save my artwork?

We accept the artwork format :

1. Adobe Illustrator CS6 (AI)

2. Adobe Photoshop CS6 (PSD)

3. Jpeg (in actual size)

4. PDF (Portable Document Format)

 

Color range differ of 10% - 20% from original artwork is consider acceptable. 

We accept no liability for color variations between jobs printed in different batches of different ordering periods, and object missing due to overprint setting.

*Output color is subject to our color standard. If customers are strict accuracy requirements to color, please place a test print order from us or provide us a color sample. Each test print is valid for 3 days. Please return the test print and confirm us within the set period.

NOTE:

If you want to change your artwork or details, please email it to us.

If we do not receive the email of your artwork change, we will hold your job first,

if there are any mistake, we are not responsible.
